Postal Delivery Service

We are working in partnership with the Royal Mail to enable patients to have their prescription medications delivered to them at home via the Royal Mail.

Please note, that in most cases no signature will be required on delivery. Medications will be posted through your letter box (if possible) or left by the delivery person in a “safe place” as specified by you to the Royal Mail via their app (see link below) or at the discretion of the delivery person. 

Royal Mail will send you text message or email in advance of your delivery to provide you with notice of when to expect your delivery.

Please be aware some medications will require a signature on delivery and possible age verification. These are schedule 3 & 4 Controlled Drugs.

Due to the nature of medications, please ensure that children, pets and vulnerable adults do not have access to postal medication deliveries.

We are unable to post the following items 

Fridge Lines & Schedule 2 Controlled Drugs
